Most products are shipped from The Netherlands.
Boards may be shipped directly from our factory in Thailand to reduce transit time, costs and handling.

Shipping costs are based on:

• Destination country
• Product type (fins, boards, sails, masts)
• Order quantity

Final shipping cost is always calculated at check-out.

Delivery Times

Fins (G10 & Carbon)

• In stock: shipped within 5 days
• Backorder G10: 2–4 weeks
• Backorder Carbon: up to 6 weeks

Boards

• In stock: shipped within 7 days
• Pre-order: delivery normally within 8 weeks

Products

Sails

• In stock: shipped within 5 days
• Pre-order: only during limited release windows

Masts

• In stock: shipped within 5 days
• Pre-order: only during limited release windows

Transit time depends on stock status, shipping method and destination.

Orders may be subject to import duties and/or local taxes.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Transit times depend on:

• Product size
• Fastest available route and courier service

Boards are always shipped in individually reinforced packaging.
